TriaDyne Proventa™ Therapy System
An advanced therapy system for advanced pulmonary and skin care therapies
The KCI TriaDyne Proventa Therapy System is designed to help patients suffering from the complications of immobility. The TriaDyne Proventa Therapy System provides multiple therapies for pulmonary and skin care. These therapies provide excellent patient care while helping to control the overall costs and hospital length of stay. The TriaDyne Proventa Therapy System is the clinical advantage for positive pulmonary outcomes.
Features/Benefits
The TriaDyne Proventa Therapy System offers features and benefits designed to manage pulmonary and skin care complications for critically ill, immobile patients:
- Kinetic Therapy™ – is the bilateral rotation of patients greater than 40˚ to each side– increased oxygenation and reduced risk of ICU-acquired pneumonia
- Prone Position – Proning can be an effective treatment for patients
- with pulmonary complications such as ARDS[1]
- Low air loss therapy distributes pressure and helps to regulate the skin microclimate. Achieving the optimal range of skin temperature and humidity is a vital factor in the prevention and control of pressure ulcers.
- Pulsation therapy mimics the body’s natural movements to improve blood and lymph flow, thereby increasing oxygenation and reducing edema.
- Percussion therapy helps loosen pulmonary secretions and the need for manual interventions
- GORE® Medical Fabric helps maintain skin integrity by keeping it cool and dry while serving as an effective barrier to fluid and bacteria.
- One-button positioning for Trendelenburg/Reverse Trendelenburg and cardiac chair position
- Fowler articulation to 90˚ for true chair position and upright chest x-rays
- InstaFlate™ mode for easy patient transfers and bathing
- Built-in therapy meter tracks patient rotation hours
- Integrated scale with weight trending capabilities
- Sectional pressure adjustments allow surface to be customized in four zones for patient’s anatomical differences
- Available Proning Accessory Kit to facilitate prone therapy
- Accommodates patients weighing up to 159 kg
